HR Manager — Health & People Lead

HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 900. We are open to consider applications from immigrants.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Leadership skills with the ability to direct and guide staff members
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Design job descriptions and coordinate job postings
• Develop policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, holiday/vacation/sick leave etc.
• Recruit staff – prepare job descriptions, review resumes and applications, conduct interviews
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary procedures etc.
• Oversee training programs for new hires and existing staff
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews etc.
• Maintain employee records (payroll information etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employee’s work hours, vacations etc.
• Create reports on labor costs, turnover rates etc.
