Job DescriptionResponsible for the full-cycle human resources management of local and expatriate employees in the UAE, including visa and medical insurance processing, overall office administration, and assistance in recruitment and interviews. Ensure the compliance of the company’s local operations and support the human resource needs of international projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee core HR affairs for local and expatriate employees in Abu Dhabi, including processing, renewal and follow-up of visas, residence permits and medical insurance.
- Manage daily office administration, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, expense reimbursement and fixed assets management.
- Assist in recruitment of local and expatriate employees, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding orientation.
- Ensure HR and administrative operations comply with the UAE Federal Labor Law and local regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Maintain employee relations, answer employee inquiries, organize small-scale employee care activities, and foster a harmonious team environment.
- Liaise with local authorities and cooperate with the headquarters HR team to optimize local HR and admin processes and improve efficiency.
- Complete other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in human resources; experience in HR in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi/UAE preferred) is a plus.
- Familiar with local labor laws, visa procedures, medical insurance policies and recruitment processes in the UAE.
- Good business understanding, able to accurately identify local HR and administrative needs, and address differences between local and expatriate employee management.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication, coordination, cross-cultural communication and administrative skills;
Arabic proficiency is a plus. - Capable of independent thinking and problem-solving, detail-oriented and rigorous, able to work efficiently and independently in a multicultural environment.
- Candidates with a valid UAE work visa are preferred.
