Onboarding Officer

Are you an HR professional with strong expertise in employee onboarding and a passion for creating a smooth and engaging employee experience?

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Onboarding Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and requirements
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, PRO and other departments
• Prepare onboarding documentation and employee records
• Conduct and coordinate new employee orientation
• Ensure new joiners have a smooth and positive transition into the organization
• Maintain accurate HR records and onboarding trackers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR onboarding processes
• Proven HR experience in a structured corporate environment
• Experience with large organizations, group companies or multinational companies is highly preferred
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple new joiners and onboarding activities simultaneously
• UAE experience is an advantage
