Welfare & Engagement Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Employee Welfare & Engagement Manager to support our large, multicultural blue-collar workforce across labour camps in the UAE. This position is focused specifically on employee welfare and engagement and does not include responsibility for camp facilities.

• Conduct regular camp visits and engage directly with employees
• Develop and implement employee welfare, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
• Organize sports, cultural, social, recreational, and CSR activities
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee welfare concerns
• Work closely with HR and Operations to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention
• Develop employee recognition and long-service initiatives
• Monitor welfare trends and recommend improvements to management

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Employee Welfare, Engagement, or Employee Relations.
• Strong experience working with large blue-collar and multicultural work forces in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in several languages relevant to the UAE labour market is highly preferred.
• Willing to regularly visit labour camps across the UAE.
