Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across the group
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and regulations
- Prepare HR strategies and plans aligned with the group s business objectives
- Manage organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and performance systems
- Lead HR teams and foster a professional and stable work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience within diversified group companies is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and modern HR practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Native Arabic speaker
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
