Public Relations Officer; PRO

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee government relations, immigration processes, and employee documentation. This role is ideal for a well-connected professional with extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations.

The successful candidate will independently manage visa and immigration requirements, coordinate with government authorities, and ensure timely processing of documentation while supporting a large workforce in compliance with UAE regulations.

• Manage government-related documentation and PRO activities.
• Handle Abu Dhabi government and immigration procedures efficiently.
• Process Mission Visas and oversee related documentation.
• Manage CICPA-related requirements and applications.
• Coordinate visa, labour, and immigration formalities for employees.
• Maintain strong relationships with government departments and relevant authorities.
• Support documentation and compliance for a workforce of more than 500 employees.

• Strong experience with Abu Dhabi government and immigration procedures.
• Hands-on experience handling CICPA requirements.
• Experience managing Mission Visa processes.
• Proven ability to manage government documentation and formalities.
• Experience supporting a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labour, immigration, and PRO procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong working relationships with UAE government departments and authorities.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
