Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Recruiter to join our Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department. This full‑time administrative role is pivotal in implementing strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging prospective students. Reporting to the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment, the Student Recruiter will focus on increasing student interest and enrollment, contributing to the university's goals of meeting enrollment targets, enhancing student diversity, and maintaining a high-quality applicant pipeline.
The ideal candidate will excel in providing personalized support to applicants and will be adept at building strong relationships through effective outreach. The Student Recruiter plays a crucial role in the Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department by implementing targeted recruitment programs to attract and engage prospective students. Reporting to the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment, the recruiter focuses on increasing student interest and enrollment providing personalized support and serving as a resource for applicants, the recruiter helps achieve institutional goals of meeting enrollment targets, enhancing student diversity, and maintaining a high-quality applicant pipeline.
