HR Officer

A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced HR Officer to support its human resources operations. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, employee relations, and government procedures.

The selected candidate will manage daily HR activities, maintain confidential employee records, coordinate with UAE government authorities, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations. Candidates with prior UAE HR experience and excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle government-related applications and official processes.

• Ensure HR activities comply with applicable UAE labour regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• UAE HR experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
