T-ALL Inspection Group is seeking a seasoned and self-driven HR & Administration Supervisor to lead our HR operations and office administration in Abu Dhabi. Positions Available: 1

• Manage full-cycle international recruitment – from job posting to offer negotiation – for technical and engineering roles.
• Oversee all visa, work permit, Emirates , and onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring full compliance.
• Liaise with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, immigration, DED, etc.) and handle all public relations matters.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations support, compensation & benefits consultation, and HR services.
• Drive office administration, including facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic initiatives for our growing Middle East operations.
• 8+ years of HR & administration experience, with at least 4 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in full HR lifecycle management – recruitment, employee relations, C&B, and HR administration.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, residency procedures, work permits, and Abu Dhabi government processes.
• Hands-on government relations experience with local authorities and online portals.
• International recruitment expertise, especially for technical, engineering, inspection, oil & gas, or EPC sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage expatriate workforce and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in oil & gas, engineering, TIC, or project-driven industries is highly desirable.
• Strong autonomy-can own HR matters independently, not just under supervision.
• Business-level English (written & spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to interface with employees, management, government bodies, vendors, and candidates.
