Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team in a recruiting-focused role that supports the full hiring lifecycle. This position plays an important part in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates while helping create a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team priorities, and desired qualifications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate next steps throughout the selection process.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer coordination as needed.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and related tools.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives that strengthen the organization’s talent presence.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to support hiring goals and workforce planning efforts.

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related people-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfort working with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and standard office software.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates and assess experience against role requirements.
• Professional, courteous, and candidate-focused approach to every interaction.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting recruitment for multiple roles or departments simultaneously.
• Familiarity with employment branding, talent mapping, or pipeline development.
• Experience using data and reporting to inform recruiting decisions and improve processes.
• Knowledge of hiring best practices and compliance considerations in recruitment.
