Funds Associate 6–8 PQE, Abu Dhabi

We are working closely with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate for its Funds and Regulatory practice in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within a well-established, market-leading team advising Sovereign Wealth Funds, institutional investors and asset managers on complex, cross-border matters.

The practice operates at the intersection of funds, regulatory compliance and investigations. The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of fund formation and structuring, co-investments and secondaries, alongside regulatory advisory and compliance-driven investigations.

The team is genuinely broad in scope and offers exposure to high-value, international work, supporting clients throughout the investment lifecycle and on evolving regulatory requirements across key global jurisdictions.

They are keen to speak with Senior Associates with strong experience in funds, regulatory compliance and investigations, ideally gained in an international or cross-border environment.
