JOB PURPOSE
Please note, this role is for a UAE national only
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.
- Translate Arabic/English legal documents.
- Draft Court letters.
- Ensure POA’s are notarized and in line with legal compliance requests
- Assist senior team members with other work streams as required such as contract reviews.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legal updates.
- Prepare targeted legal advice for relevant business end users.
- RELATED YEAR OF
EXPERIENCE:
Min of 2+ years of related experience in legal services / corporate governance - FIELD OF
EXPERIENCE:
Preferably with experience as a Company Secretary in a publicly listed company or equivalent experience in legal corporate governance.
- In depth knowledge of UAE legal systems
- Good documentation skills
- Time management
- Negotiating skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Law Degree
- Professional Company Secretarial qualification such as Associate Company Secretary (ACS)
