Legal Counsel

Job Overview

Royal Jet is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Legal Counsel to support the business across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. The role will provide hands‑on legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting operational, commercial and strategic objectives in a dynamic aviation environment.

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial contracts, procurement agreements, and vendor arrangements.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, NDAs, MOUs and licensing agreements.
• Support compliance with UAE laws, aviation regulations and internal corporate governance requirements.
• Assist in managing disputes, claims and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel.
• Advise business units on legal risks and propose practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Support regulatory and authority‑related matters, including engagement with relevant government and aviation bodies.
• Maintain and update legal templates, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to risk management, ethics, and compliance initiatives across the organisation.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including monitoring renewals, amendments, and obligations.
• Assist with data protection, confidentiality, and information security compliance matters.
• Provide legal input on strategic projects, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Support internal investigations and compliance reviews, as required.
• Deliver legal awareness and guidance sessions to business stakeholders where necessary.
