This role is based in United Arab Emirates . The successful candidate will be required to relocate with full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and covered relocation costs such as flights and associated expenses.

We are looking for a Danish-qualified lawyer with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a top-tier international firm in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai). The successful candidate will be involved in high-profile cross-border corporate, commercial, and tax matters . Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate and commercial transactions with a cross-border element, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring.
• Work on international tax structuring and compliance matters in coordination with the client’s global team.
• Draft and review contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate legal documents.
• Conduct legal research related to Danish and international corporate and commercial law.
• Support clients on regulatory matters affecting cross-border operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal legal teams and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies when required.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory ;
  German language skills are a plus but not required.
• Valid passport and eligibility for a UAE work visa.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai within 30–60 days of offer.
• Ability to adapt to new jurisdictions and handle complex international legal work.
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a client-service orientation.

Qualifications:

• Danish law degree and admitted to the Danish Bar .
• 1–3 years PQE , ideally trained at an international or top-tier Danish law firm.
• Strong interest and ideally some exposure to cross-border work in corporate, commercial, and/or tax law.
• Demonstrated legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Full relocation support and visa sponsorship to Abu Dhabi.
