Indian Manager in Abu-Dhabi

Our growing company is seeking an experienced Indian Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring its success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and motivate a diverse team of employees
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to employees
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all areas of the company
• Analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to stay ahead of competition
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Create and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Indian nationality preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
