• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to develop plan for the testing & commissioning based on the standard specified by the Client.
• Ability to lead and supervise and allocate the team for testing & commissioning.
• Ability to implement tag out /Lock out systems with client.
• Ability to lead a team of employees with excellent leadership skills & team spirit.
• Ability to do task planning, time management and effective decision making.
• Analytical & interpersonal skills, generate innovative & creative ideas, develop positive thinking, attitude and a positive culture.
• Adaptability, ability to work under pressure, accepting to change, managing change at work.
• Should have excellent communication skills by being able to listen to others, think in right context and convince subordinates & management.
• Ability to take risks, make decisions from past experience, and should have good managerial skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks and delegate the authority effectively.
• Ability to resolve problems, develop personal relationship, motivate the workforce
• Plan, manage and coordinate all testing and commissioning activities for the project.
• Oversee the turnover and commissioning process, ensuring all parties work together.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor project status, conduct SOLL/IST comparisons (plan vs. actual) and report on progress.
• Supervise contractors and their testing work.
• Coordinate with customer representatives, EHS officers, and site management.
• Mentor and develop the testing and commissioning personnel.
• Ensure technical expertise and adherence to the testing plan.
• Develop client training and relevant documentation.
• Manage risksand enforce safety protocols during testing.
