Vice President – Business Process Management; BPM

About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President - Business Process Management (BPM) Centre of Expertise to lead enterprise-wide process excellence initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and managing the organisation’s BPM framework, driving governance, operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation. You will lead the design, optimisation, and monitoring of business processes, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulatory requirements, and customer experience objectives.

• Develop and implement a best-in-class BPM framework and governance model.
• Establish Enterprise Process Ownership, defining roles, responsibilities, and accountability for key processes.
• Identify and optimise critical business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Deploy process mining and BPM tools (e.g., Mega HOPEX, Mindzie) to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead process re-engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to embed a process-centric culture and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Define KPIs and process maturity models to track progress and value delivered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in BPM, operational excellence, or transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale process initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of BPM platforms and process mining tools (Mega HOPEX, Mindzie, Celonis, etc.).
• Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM certification preferred (Black Belt or Master Black Belt advantageous).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
