Senior Spa Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Spa Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury private spa. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and possess strong leadership and technical skills. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for wellness, client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest service standards.

• Manage and supervise daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of six spa professionals, including therapists and reception staff.

• Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and family members, ensuring personalized and discreet service.

• Remain on-call as needed to support spa operations across multiple residences.

• Operate and maintain advanced spa and wellness equipment, including:

  • Cryo Room

  • Light Therapy Machines

  • Oxygen Room and Laser Machines

• Oversee treatment schedules, staff rosters, and daily appointments.

• Monitor inventory, product usage, and stock levels.

• Maintain compliance with spa policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.

• Support the creation and coordination of spa promotions and treatment packages.

• Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role within a luxury spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical knowledge and experience in operating spa and wellness equipment.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and multitask efficiently.

• Flexibility to travel or be on-call as required.
