We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a background in Real Estate or Banking to lead and manage a sales team, drive performance, and achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Achieve individual and team targets
- Train and support sales executives
- Report performance and sales results
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience
- Previous experience as Team Leader
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience as Sales Team Leader (Real Estate or Banking)
- Strong team leadership & coaching skills
- Target-oriented with solid closing skills
- Experience in pipeline management & reporting
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE market
