Accountabilities- Supervise and manage all cabin cleaning operations on his bay and stand.
- Ensuring sufficient staff levels are available and allocated correctly in the bays to cover all EY & partners cleaning operations.
- Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate operational safety and security-related risks, through effective evaluation and decision‑making based on conditions, hazards and threats.
- Responsible for ensuring Etihad Airways and partners on board Quality is adhered.
- Ensure Etihad Airways and Partners OTP is maintained within his bay and report any possible delay.
- Provide feedback with regards to staff performance.
- Produce a Bay Shift Report and Handover for all the cleaning activities for the incoming shift.
- Ensure sufficient stocks of cabin dressing items and chemicals are prepared and transported to the bays for the team to complete their cleaning tasks.
- Perform and supervise tasks such as Dry‑wash, A‑Checks etc. that are related to cabin cleaning.
- Proactively monitor staff health and safety and to report any findings back to Controller on Shift.
- Collaborate with ADAC Airside Safety, Catering, Ground Handling, and Laundry to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Demonstrate knowledge and capability during exercising of oversight and tasks/duties, maintain awareness of responsibilities and the relationship of tasks/duties to the integrity of the operation.
- Escalate medium or higher‑level risks to Cabin Cleaning Controller personnel.
- Deputize for the Cabin Cleaning Supervisor / Controller whenever required.
- Degree education preferred not essential
- Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience
- Desirable to have had exposure to aviation industry
