Job PurposeThe Master Community Manager (MCM) is responsible for the overall management, operations, and strategic development of a master‑planned community. This role ensures operational efficiency, asset protection, and compliance with established standards while overseeing administrative teams responsible for daily resident engagement. The MCM acts as the main escalation point for high‑level operational and resident issues and coordinates closely with service providers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across residential, commercial, and retail areas.
- Ensure high standards of maintenance for infrastructure, common areas, landscaping, facilities, and assets.
- Manage and monitor service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure contractual and performance compliance.
- Oversee community access, security, and safety in line with UAEregulations.
- Develop operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and approve procurement in accordance with policies.
- Supervise administrative and community support teams handling resident engagement, service requests, and complaints.
- Ensure effective escalation of unresolved or critical issues.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets.
- Monitor service charge collections and implement initiatives to improve revenue and reduce arrears.
- Ensure compliance with UAEcivil, labor, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
- Develop long‑term operational strategies in coordination with senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Advise on capital expenditure and asset management initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark community performance.
- Oversee technical maintenance of infrastructure, MEP systems, civil works, and facilities.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively implemented.
- Monitor SLAs and operational KPIs across all service providers.
- The role is primarily site‑based
, requiring daily oversight of community operations and service providers.
- Operates within approved policies and standard operating procedures, exercising decision‑making authority within defined boundaries.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management
, or related field. - Professional community management certifications (CMCA, M‑100, RPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in property management, master community management, or multi‑site facilities management.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, mixeduse or master‑planned communities.
- Strong knowledge of UAEproperty regulations, service contracts, and financial management.
- Master community management experience is a must
- Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Solid technical knowledge of MEP systems, civil infrastructure, and building operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and community management systems.
