Role Purpose
To manage and deliver infrastructure and marine construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
- Track project milestones and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Manage project budget, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Oversee allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality requirements, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
- Enforce HSSE standards across all project activities.
- Ensure permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation are maintained.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Lead progress meetings and provide accurate project updates.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Escalate critical challenges to senior management with recommended actions.
- Oversee preparation of project reports, progress submissions, handover documentation, and closeout files.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience managing infrastructure projects in the GCC.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
