Director of Sales Operations – Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 85,000 + full benefits

The Role:
We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead and transform the sales operations function. You will be responsible for driving CRM excellence, optimising sales processes, and managing broker networks, ensuring the team is set up for maximum performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales Operations team
, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Oversee and optimise CRM systems
, data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency. - Drive broker management strategies
, maintaining strong relationships and optimising performance. - Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales strategies and KPIs
. - Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness
. - Support the implementation of new initiatives to improve sales workflows and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices across sales operations.
Requirements:
- TIER 1 REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER EXPEIRENCE IN A LEAD ROLE
- Proven experience leading Sales Operations at a senior level
. - Strong experience with CRM management and optimisation
. - Experience managing broker networks and partner relationships.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills
, able to influence at all levels. - UAE-based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
