The Supervisor will oversee the operation and performance of promotional stands in malls of Sobha. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the stands, effective client engagement, and coordination with admin. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in team supervision and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Stand Hygiene and Maintenance
- Ensure the stand is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain hygiene and functionality of all equipment (if any) and displays.
- Coordinate with marketing to address urgent fixes (if any)
- Train promoters on product knowledge and client engagement strategies.
- Monitor promoter interactions with clients to ensure professionalism and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure an adequate supply of brochures, promotional materials, and other necessary items.
- Coordinate with marketing to restock brochures as needed.
- Ensure all client leads are accurately recorded in the system.
- Review and verify data entries made by promoters.
- Guide promoters in convincing clients to schedule site visits to the sales gallery.
- Address client queries or concerns that require escalation beyond the promoter’s scope.
- Coordinate with drivers and administrative staff to schedule and facilitate client site visits.
- Ensure proper communication for timely site visit arrangements.
- Ensure the stand operates smoothly and efficiently during mall hours.
- Troubleshoot any issues or elevate to higher management if deemed necessary.
- Ensure that promoters follow up with clients after initial interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales manager for post‑meeting client follow‑ups.
- Provide daily updates to the manager about stand activities, including client interactions, challenges, and achievements.
- Prepare and share key metrics and performance reports.
- Assess the performance of promoters and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and address skill gaps in the team.
- Stand Insights:
Gather client feedback and trends during interactions to share with the marketing team - Promotional Strategies:
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies at the stand - Team Motivation:
Foster a positive and collaborative environment to keep the promoter team motivated and goal‑oriented - Conflict Resolution:
Address any disputes or issues among team members or with clients professionally and promptly
- Proven experience in supervising promotional teams preferably in real estate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, during mall hours, including weekends and holidays
- Number of leads generated and recorded
- Conversion rate of leads to site visits and site visits to units sold
- Promoter performance and adherence to training
- Stand operational efficiency and appearance
