Office Operations Manager

Overview

Responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of Ethara’s offices and event operations. This role oversees all aspects of office management, workplace operations, business travel, staff welfare, and on-site event logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • The position ensures professional visitor experience, smooth day-to-day office operations, and timely coordination of facilities, logistics, business travel, and employee administrative processes.
  • The role supports internal stakeholders by executing services in line with company policies, Delegation of Authority, and regulatory requirements, contributing to a well-organized, compliant, and productive workplace environment.
  • Provides operational leadership for staff welfare, mobility, and on-ground support during large-scale events and activations, ensuring seamless execution, safety, and compliance at all times.
Job Specifications
  • 8+ years of experience in office operations, facilities management, or a similar operational leadership role, preferably in a high-paced corporate, hospitality, or events environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field e.g., business administration, HC etc.
  • Proven experience managing front office/reception operations, workplace services, and administrative support functions.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating business travel, logistics, and event support, including large-scale activations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, service providers, and contracts, ensuring service quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Experience supervising and leading teams, including operational staff and support personnel.
