Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

About this Position

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor oversees the complete warehouse and logistics operations at Henkel’s KEZAD facility, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of pipeline coating materials, field joint coating systems, shrink sleeves, adhesives, epoxy components, tooling, and project-specific items. The role ensures compliance with SAP WMS,SHE, ISO requirements, and supports production, project operations, and customer deliveries with uncompromised accuracy and service levels.

• Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling standards for chemicals, coating systems, and flammable materials.
• Manage SAP WMS transactions (GR, GI, transfers, bin movements, stock adjustments) while maintaining >99% inventory accuracy.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse team members (assistants, forklift operators, helpers) to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Control inventory and quality processes including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, batch/expiry verification, and quarantine management.

• Strong SAP WMS transactional knowledge with hands‑on experience in inventory control and warehouse optimization.
• Solid understanding of export procedures, customs documentation, and shipping coordination.
• Ability to interpret packing lists, MSDS, and technical product labels accurately.
• Proven leadership and team management skills within warehouse and distribution environments.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree holder with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in Oil & Gas and manufacturing‑based distribution centers.
• Additional certifications in supply chain, inventory management, material handling, storage, or Six Sigma are an advantage.
