Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With five stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and use only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

As Store Manager
, you will oversee the operations and teams of one of our stores across the UAE. Apart from “just” managing, you will also be directly in touch with customers and living our credo of ‘We don’t sell - we forge relationships’. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for.

Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing retail stores within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewellery.
• Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar.
• Ideally relevant certification in sales, management, or project management from accredited providers.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
