Technical Supervisor; Electrical

Job Purpose:

Overseeing a technical team in all aspects of service delivery to ensure Client requirements for facility services are achieved in terms of quality, technical solutions and in line with assigned budgets.

• Responsible for ensuring operational procedures, policies and standards and monitoring of such are followed by the team, and taking corrective actions in cases where they are not followed.
• Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure that assigned tasks are being completed to required standards.
• Ensures that all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on the assigned site.
• Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to EHS Team for corrective action.
• Coordination of the site teams to ensure service coverage and qualitative work as per Clients expectations.
• Evaluate team’s performance, in order to identify development areas and in line with Company performance review process.
• Determine the required technical support and provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager relating to identified technical / maintenance issues for review by the Client.
• Consolidate service and technical reports to update Facilities Manager about the status of the properties.
• Apply and update technical documentation to ensure reliable technical information of the site.
• Recommend and identify technical (HVAC, electrical, Mechanical, etc.) and general improvements on sites to increase the level of service and efficiency of the systems.
• Supervise the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as per the given schedule by Facilities Manager.
• Oversee and supervise the quality of work and timing for any Facility Management’s Contractor
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

• Education - Bachelor degree, preferred Electrical Engineering.
• UAE Driving license.
• Work experience - 4 years of experience in a Team in a Supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities.
• or 4 years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of Building Technical installations and Health and Safety Regulations and Standards.
