The FMS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility management operations across our branches.
Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance activities ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage service providers and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Handle facility-related incidents and ensure optimal functionality of all systems within the facility.
- Previous experience in facilities management within a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and service contracts.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
