• Support the Director and Associate Director in managing daily center operations
• Lead and oversee administrative processes ensuring compliance with university policies
• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and archiving procedures
• Coordinate grant administration including budgeting, reporting, and funding applications
• Manage purchasing processes, reimbursements, honoraria, and expense verification
• Oversee collaborator agreements in coordination with procurement and legal teams
• Serve as delegate in Concur and Workday and coordinate ePro requests
• Plan and manage logistics for meetings, seminars, advisory board sessions, and conferences
• Maintain relationships with internal departments including Finance, Research Institute, HR, and Post Award Administration
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities
• Act as a central communication point for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and training on systems such as Concur, ePro, and reporting tools
• Coordinate administrative aspects of research projects including timelines and resource allocation

• Bachelor’s degree in research administration, public health, or related scientific discipline
• Master’s degree in public health or related field preferred
• Minimum five years of experience managing administration within a scientific or research environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience handling grants, budgets, and compliance processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced research setting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
