Position Overview

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Specialist to provide consulting services across the organization, embedding ERM principles into corporate, divisional, and project activities. The role ensures effective application of ADNOC's ERM policy and framework, supports risk analysis and reporting, and promotes a culture of risk awareness and compliance with international standards.

• Monitor and support the implementation of ADNOC's ERM policy and framework across divisions.
• Act as system administrator for ERM software, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
• Promote ERM awareness and integrate risk management principles into business planning and operations.
• Conduct risk management workshops to identify, rank, and elevate divisional risks.
• Support ERM reporting to Senior Management, Board, and shareholder committees.
• Collaborate with Corporate Planning to align ERM with business planning and performance processes.
• Advise and support ERM Coordinators in divisions and liaise with internal audit teams for risk‑based audits.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure delivery of ERM strategies and objectives.
• Lead quality reviews of ERM processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor UAE Nationals and junior analysts in ERM practices.
• Provide inputs for budgets, policies, and systems within the ERM function.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC's HSE and sustainability guidelines in all ERM activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8-9 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in auditing or risk management.
• Prior exposure to the Oil and Gas sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑level risk management, ISO 31000:2018, and process improvement.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for engaging with senior management.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence change and motivate others.
• Proficiency in English;
  Arabic an advantage.
• Professional certification in ERM or related field is desirable.
