Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee event concepts and themes ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Manage the logistical aspects of events including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses to ensure financial objectives are met without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners, establishing strong relationships to ensure seamless event execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or large-scale setting.
- Certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CMM (Certified Meeting Manager) are highly desirable.
- Experience in managing diverse events, from corporate functions to large public festivals, showcasing versatility.
