Responsibilities
- Manage daily limousine operations including trip planning dispatch coordination trip assignments and fleet availability
- Oversee chauffeur performance shift scheduling route planning and on time service delivery
- Uphold Patriot Limousine s luxury service standards across all operations
- Handle customer escalations feedback and VIP service requirements with professionalism
- Oversee daily vehicle inspections cleanliness standards and readiness for service
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws ITC regulations limousine licensing and company policies
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years experience in transportation, limousine services, hospitality operations, or similar fields
- Strong knowledge of UAE limousine operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements
- Professional communication and leadership with both clients and staff
