We are looking, on behalf of our client, for a skilled Cloud Operations Manager to oversee and lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud and digital transformation projects. The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery in dynamic and fast-evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks and resolving issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding specific needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Continuously review and optimize service delivery processes, identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
- Implement quality assurance practices, conduct audits, and carry out performance evaluations to uphold service excellence.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects, optimizing workload distribution and team productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing and technical expertise.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams such as sales, engineering, and operations.
- Lead and mentor the service delivery team, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Define clear objectives, provide guidance, and support professional development to strengthen team capabilities.
- Maintain transparent communication channels to align all stakeholders with project goals and deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or project management.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects in cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
- Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward common objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
