Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• To oversee operations efficiently.
• Provide leadership to engineering staff and develop a plan to - Increase revenue, profitability and growth through vertical and horizontal expansion.
• Ensure cost effective management, production efficiency and quality service.
• Manage resources and analyze production results and financial data.
• Analyze cost and quotations.
• Nourish and manage key customer relationships.
• Review activity reports to determine progress for reaching objectives.
• Ensure operation procedure compliance.
• Evaluate engineers performance.

• 10 or 15 years experience,
• Contracting background
• Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background
• Preferable experience from UAE
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Ability to speak and write in English is required
• Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
• Health care industry experience is preferred
