We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support the management of high-value construction and infrastructure projects.
This role is responsible for overseeing the full post-contract lifecycle, including contract execution, variations, claims, cost control, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
- Monitor contract performance, costs, and risks
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Support dispute resolution and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in contracts administration (construction/infrastructure)
- Strong knowledge of contract law, claims, and risk management
- Experience in large-scale or government projects
- Professional certifications (CPCM, MRICS, MCIArb) are an advantage
