Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations ensuring seamless service delivery and a consistently positive client experience from opening to closing.
- Manage and motivate a team of stylists and support staff fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment through effective leadership.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clientele and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain strict inventory control for all retail products and professional supplies optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in salon management or a senior supervisory role within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency in a salon setting.
- Strong understanding of salon financial management, including P&L statements, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and staff from diverse backgrounds.
