Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Establish project management processes and frameworks to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and teams to enhance project delivery capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management and delivery, preferably in a finance or technology environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
