- To lead, guide and allocate team of mechanics in company workshop and sites based on requirement.
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues and give technical advice to team.
- Experience in maintenance of Heavy equipments, Light and heavy vehicles. Preferably in construction or infrastructure companies.
- Supervise daily activities in workshop. Allocate works to the mechanics.
- Monitor work done by mechanics and ensure it is technically correct.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance procedures are implemented and performed.
- Prepare Job cards and job reports. Maintain maintenance related records.
- Minimum 12-15 years of total experience needed. Out of which 05 years as workshop supervisor.
- UAE driving license mandatory (manual preferred).
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
