Job Summary

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to lead on-site signage installation projects across the UAE ensuring successful project execution and team coordination. This senior field position requires managing installation crews, coordinating site access, liaising with facility management for work permits, and overseeing safe transportation and handling of signage products. The ideal candidate combines extensive installation experience with strong leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.

This role demands the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, resolve site challenges efficiently, maintain client relationships, and ensure all installations meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.

• Supervise installation teams, managing daily activities and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate site access, liaise with facility management, and obtain work permits and documentation.
• Ensure material readiness and oversee safe transportation, loading, and unloading of products.
• Resolve on‑site challenges, making quick decisions to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure installations meet specifications and client satisfaction levels.

• 5-7 years of UAE signage installation experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and client communication skills.
• Safety management knowledge and project coordination abilities.
