Specialist Corporate Management

Job Purpose:

Support the design and implementation of performance management process and systems; and in particular in building internal capacity in order to create a performance driven culture and ensure the provision of timely and accurate information on EAD’s performance against set KPIs and targets.

• Support to EAD sectors/offices in target setting and developing and cascading KPIs in order ensure compliance with the established performance management methodology and processes.
• Develop performance scorecards, in consultation with various sector/office and divisions, to ensure overall organizational adherence to set performance standards.
• Monitor and track performance against set targets and KPIs through collecting and analysing data on a regular basis, in order to report variances and recommend appropriate resolution plans to the sectors/offices.
• Develop and implement a tracking and reporting system in order to identify and report progress periodically, against set targets and KPIs.
• Take a lead role in the support of sectors/offices in building internal performance management capabilities, so that employees understand the rationale behind the performance management process and are able to implement it.
• Be special point of contact within Corporate Performance Management section for mentoring, coaching and capacity building. Lead by example.
• Prepare progress reports on performance against KPIs and targets in order to ensure alignment with ADEO guidelines and support the Section Manager – Performance Management in coordinating with ADEO to provide required information on performance management activities.
• Prepare guidelines/ manual in order to facilitate capacity building and ensure compliance with the established methodology.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor in business administration, or any related specialisation for a reputable university.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field
