Job Title: Executive Manager - Retail Mortgages
Job Purpose: To develop and implement effective sales strategy, be responsible for the overall coordination and the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business, to ensure achievement of the agreed cost framework and desired levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Sales PlansDevelop and execute the strategic sales plan, provide quarterly updates, revisions and modifications and coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all functional departments in order to achieve sales targets, expand the company’s customer base and ensure seamless execution.
Performance ManagementGenerate revenue through sale of various financial services of the Bank and define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel in order to achieve the agreed financial targets.
Portfolio ManagementMonitor and control customer portfolios in order to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention.
Relationship ManagementDevelop and manage internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank.
Experiences- At least 8 years of relationship management experience in Banking/financial services industry.
- In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
- Understanding of consumer Banking products and services
- Numerical and financial analysis skills
