Job Title: Executive Head - Branch Distribution

Job Purpose: To own and deliver the Branch network strategy and financial goals and lead and manage business development for the UAE as well as managing all aspects related to the Branch network ensuring the delivery of service excellence, continuous improvement and the achievement of significant net business growth.

To manage the Branch network and develop business strategies which will deliver the results outlined by the Bank in terms of sales and profitability. Lead business process re-engineering projects on an ongoing basis in order to deliver improvement in time, productivity and quality against the pre-determined standards laid down in the overall business plan. Ensure delivery of sales through Branch network resources ensuring processes are in place to deliver results as outlined in the overall business objectives of the Bank.

Coordinate with Product Managers and the Marketing Department to ensure continued market positioning in all products and service offering.

Ensure the required security, compliance and risk controls and measures are implemented across the Branch network and take the required action to mitigate identified risk and ensure compliance in line with organisational requirements to keep the Bank safe.

In conjunction with, and as required by the Chief Officer of the Group, contribute to the formulation, implementation and delivery of the Group’s strategy in line with the banks vision, mission, values and priorities. Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the short, medium and long term within the department(s) and ensure that performance is monitored, reported and delivered and necessary actions are taken to achieve the strategy and plans.

At least 12 years of experience in Banking operations, spread across various roles within Branches and in progressively more senior roles.
