- Communication Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to communication strategies that support employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain internal communication materials including newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with ADNOC brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Employee Engagement
- Deploy internal campaigns across multiple channels to enhance connectivity and culture.
- Manage and update intranet content ensuring relevance, quality, and timeliness.
- Gather employee feedback to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Governance & Standardization
- Maintain consistency in internal communications by enforcing brand and style standards.
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of communication tools and channels.
- Establish structured processes for content collection and intranet updates.
- Team Supervision
- Coordinate and oversee communication team activities to achieve functional objectives.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance internal communications expertise.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Comply with ADNOC HSE standards, sustainability policies, and international best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication efficiency and implement innovative tools.
- Provide reports and analytics to measure campaign success and employee engagement impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communication and employee engagement roles within large industrial or energy sector organizations.
- Strong knowledge of internal communication platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
