Senior Manager Non-Airline Loyalty
Senior Manager Non-Airline Loyalty will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our offerings and drive customer loyalty.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across financial partners, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers to create valuable propositions for loyal customers.
- Create annual and 5‑year partner strategy for financial, travel and retail verticals of partners.
- Maintain key relationships with strategic UAE and global partners.
- Amplify Etihad flight revenue to ensure overall company objectives are met through EYG partnerships.
- Perform monthly performance management on each EYG partnership vertical to sustain cash inflow through non‑EY flight means.
- Work closely with finance, legal, marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of partnership initiatives and capture other benefits achieved.
- Ensure Visa incentives and other revenue and income streams are met on an annual basis.
- Ensure overall EYG revenue contribution is met according to budget.
- Budget management: manage partnership budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and effective use of resources.
- Liaise with finance to secure corporate treasury benefits.
- Ensure all EYG partners maintain a 60‑day payment cycle and reduce non‑performance receivables to 5% of portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum +10 years of experience in an airline loyalty program or a related field, with experience working with loyalty management systems and financial partners.
- Experience in launching and growing an airline co‑branded financial product.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Experience in contract review and legal considerations related to partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
