Overview
Establish and lead a Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management framework aligned to strategic objectives, governance standards, and risk appetite. Provide executive oversight of enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit, and governance activities across multiple subsidiaries and geographies, ensuring alignment of the Group's Governance, Risk & Compliance ecosystem. Advise the Group CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board, and Committees on enterprise risks, emerging threats, governance effectiveness, and strategic decision‑making implications.
Oversee strategic, operational, financial, project, contractual, and reputational risk across major EPC, infrastructure, and industrial programmes, ensuring effective mitigation and control. Lead Business Continuity crisis management and organizational resilience frameworks including Business Impact Assessments, testing, and incident response readiness. Drive governance transformation through implementation of integrated GRC systems, risk analytics, dashboards, and digital reporting capabilities. Build and lead high‑performing risk, compliance, and assurance functions fostering a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk, Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Business Continuity; at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience operating within large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or diversified group environments with multi‑entity complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to design and embed enterprise-wide ERM and BCM frameworks aligned to Board‑level governance and strategic objectives.
- Strong track record of advising CEOs, Boards, and Committees on enterprise, project, and strategic risk matters.
- Deep understanding of governance, internal controls, regulatory environments, crisis management, and organizational resilience.
- Experience leading or overseeing GRC transformation, including digital risk platforms, reporting automation, and analytics‑driven risk insights.
- Professional certifications such as MBCI, IRM, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or ISO 31000 / ISO 22301 are highly desirable.
