Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring and close‑out of projects in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary design and construction teams to ensure seamless interface management.
• Monitor project progress, cost performance, risks and quality and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure full compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, local authority approvals and statutory regulations.
• Review and manage consultants and contractors deliverables, reports and submissions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and changes.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Support commercial, contractual and claims‑related matters in coordination with planning and commercial teams.
• Promote best practices in health, safety, quality and sustainability across all project stages.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher (Master’s degree preferred).

• 18+ Years of Experience – extensive experience within a PMC / Consultancy environment on large, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Proven track record in managing major, complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across design, construction, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, reporting, and decision‑making abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
