The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, business development, operational excellence, and strategic growth of the valve service workshop. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality repair, maintenance, testing, refurbishment, and field service operations while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality repair, maintenance, testing, refurbishment, and field service operations while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute the workshop's annual business plan and growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with ADNOC EPC contractors, end users, and consultants.
- Oversee all workshop and field service activities.
- Manage workshop budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in valve maintenance, repair, testing, and service operations.
- Minimum 5-10 years in a senior management position.
- Strong knowledge of industrial valves, actuators, safety valves, and control valves.
