Inflight Service Dlvry Project Manager
Synopsis
Monitor the delivery of priority projects and initiatives within the In-flight Performance & Operations Department, aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety and guest experience within the company's in-flight services, while ensuring alignment with defined objectives and expected standards.
Provide necessary support throughout various stages of the assigned projects ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with best practices and standards, and in line with approved timetables and financial allocations. The manager will collaborate closely with various internal departments and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes that directly empower our cabin crew and drive the airline's success through extraordinary in-flight service.

- Lead the implementation and execution of priority projects in the department as per requirements and approved plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Define project goals and scope in line with company objectives
- Demonstrate compliance to organization's Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values at all times
- Manage day-to-day communications and collaborate with project stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive effective coordination, problem-solving and align on project goals
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks to prevent potential backlogs and delays
- Monitor project performance, address issues, and ensure deliverables are completed
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure thorough project documentation and ensure contract obligations are fulfilled
- Support continuous improvement of project management frameworks and tools used within the department
- Strive to improve personal performance through learning, feedback and taking responsibility for personal development
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by MOPD as required
- Degree from a recognized university or professional qualification in business and project management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the service industry
- Experience as operating cabin crew is preferred but not essential. Understanding of the challenges of a cabin crew role is mandatory.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
