We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Vice President – Master Planning to lead large-scale master planning initiatives within a leading real estate development environment. The role involves driving the planning and design of integrated communities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sustainability goals, and market demands while delivering world-class developments.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Planning Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development of master plans for large‑scale residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments.
- Define long‑term planning strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and smart city initiatives in master planning.
- Establish planning standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Oversee concept design, land use planning, zoning, and infrastructure integration.
- Ensure alignment of master plans with architectural, engineering, and environmental requirements.
- Review and approve planning submissions, layouts, and design proposals.
- Ensure optimal utilization of land and resources.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and approval processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and partners.
- Represent the organization in high‑level meetings and planning discussions.
- Support feasibility studies, project positioning, and development strategies.
- Align master planning with project timelines, budgets, and commercial objectives.
- Provide strategic input during project execution phases.
- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and amenities.
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.
- Evaluate the commercial viability of master planning initiatives.
- Support investment decisions and business case development.
- Monitor planning‑related costs and ensure value optimization.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary planning and design team.
- Set performance objectives and drive a high‑performance culture.
- Manage external consultants and planning partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in master planning and real estate development.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale mixed‑use or urban development projects.
- Strong knowledge of regional planning regulations and international best practices.
